The Office of the Registrar is primarily responsible for the integrity, accuracy and security of all academic records of current and former students. The Registrar is also responsible for the Academic Catalog, graduation and certification of degrees, diplomas and official transcripts.

Address or Phone Number Changes
Address and Phone Number changes should be submitted through the Self-Serve portal. Once submitted, the address will be pending Registrar approval. Address updates are approved on a weekly basis. If you need any assistance, please contact Registrar@Logan.edu.
Name Changes
Name Change requests are accepted via completion of the online form. You will be required to upload a copy of your new social security card (passport, 签证或其他国际学生的官方文件也可接受)和以下其中一项:结婚证书, divorce degree, court order, or birth certificate.

Each student will submit an application to graduate to their Academic Success Coach (ASC). Accessing VA Benefits at Logan University
Before using VA benefits at Logan, all veterans and dependents must provide documentation of eligibility. For veterans, this documentation includes your DD-214 and a certificate of eligibility. Student Veteran Responsibilities

Pending Payment Compliance
In accordance with Title 38 US Code 3679(e), Logan University adopts the following additional provisions for any students using U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Post-9/11 GI Bill® (Ch. 33) or Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment (Ch. 31) benefits, while payment to the institution is pending from VA. Logan University will not:
- Prevent the student’s enrollment;
- Assess a late penalty fee to the student;
- Require the student to secure alternative or additional funding;
